Sales Development Representative (SDR) - SourceFlow

What does an SDR do?
As an SDR, your role is to build the top of our sales funnel by identifying and reaching out to potential customers. You'll research leads, initiate conversations, and qualify prospects for our sales team. This involves cold calling, emailing, and using social platforms to connect with key decision-makers. Success here is about resilience, building rapport quickly, and understanding customer needs.
